Frequently Asked Questions

When should we order our wedding stationery?
I recommend ordering your stationery as early as possible. Please refer to the stationery timeline. If you’re worried you’ve left it to the last minute, then drop me an email and I’ll see if I can squeeze you in.

Can we order samples?
Due to all work being bespoke, I am unable to send out printed samples before an order is placed. On request, I provide paper quality samples for you to choose from or a hard-copy of your design before going to print.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes the minimum order is 30.

How many invitations should we order?
I recommend ordering enough invitations for one per household or couple. It is advisable to order at least five extra in case any get lost in the post

After placing our order, how long will it take to hear from you?
I will be in touch within 48 hours of you placing an order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Are envelopes included in our order?
Envelopes will be provided with your invitations and your RSVP cards. RSVP envelopes will be printed with your return address on.

I forgot someone; can I order an extra invitation at a later date?
This is possible before the printing and finishing process

Will our stationery be displayed on your website?
Your stationery will be displayed on either social media or on our website but only after it has been sent out to your guests. Any addresses or personal details will be removed from shot. If you don’t want your stationery to be displayed, please let me know.

I’ve already approved my design, but I'd like to make a change, is this possible?
I send your design to the printers as soon as you have approved your proof, therefore I am unable to make any further changes.

We’re unsure about the bespoke designs you’ve sent us, can you design a brand new one?
I will produce a maximum of two completely different designs where requested. I am confident you will love one of these designs and will make changes until you are 100% happy. Any additional new designs will be charged at an hourly rate.

Can we return an item if we change our mind?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to return any items as all the stationery is personalised for your wedding day.

We’ve received our invitations and noticed a mistake, are you able to fix it?
Any changes made to an order after the design has been approved will incur a charge and additional printing costs.

I'd like to cancel my stationery order; can I get a refund?
I am unable to provide a refund.
